Windows 10: Minecraft MCC cape did not appear in java past august 5th

as the title says, after august 5th passed i still didnt get the cape on java but on bedrock its just sitting there. one important thing that i need to address is that i have 3 accounts that i own, where one of them is my main account. i completed all the challenges in the bedrock mcc server on all 3 accounts and got the cape on bedrock on all of them, however after august 5th it's literally august 7th as of right now and still nothing, i did not receive the cape on my main account, my 3rd alt, but on my second alt i did on java edition, i have no idea how that happened and i also dont have

I don't have my cherry cape in minecraft

I voted in the minecraft mob vote on bedrock, and i recived my cape on bedrock but should i have it on java?

 

The new minecraft Tiktok Twitch and 15th anniv capes isn't appearing in my owned capes!

Like i said above the only cape is see is the Pancape which i had for a long time i recently got the new capes and the 15 anniv one shows in java but non of the 3 show in bedrock please help!

 

Minecraft Purple Heart Cape - Twitch reward

I redeemed the reward on Twitch - Inventory - Purple Heart Cape for Minecraft on Windows 11. I've entered the code, now it says already redeemed and when I go into the minecraft launcher, there is no Purple Heart Cape available to equip. The email, account information, etc. are all correct.

What could be the problem?
