Windows 10: Minecraft on PS4, unable to join a world, but it says not invited to join server

My sister and I got my parents into playing Minecraft. My dad bought my mum a PS4 so they could play together without having to share a screen. They would play their first world together often, until she wasn't allowed to join the world. My sister and I can join the world, but my mum's will try and load, and then it says that she cannot join because she hasn't been invited to join the server.Q1: why is it calling it a server from my mum's ps4...it's not a realm.Q2: how/can i fix this? they are proud of what they built in their first world it's adorable. Also, she hasn't been able to join my

Unable to join minecraft world

Hello, my name is harvey. About a week a go now i started up a new world, a world to play with friends, i grinded for just over a week straight now to be met with the suprise that no one can join me. Ive been told that whether i send an invite or they join
manually, it gets stuck on locating server and then says unable to connect. I am on playstation four minecraft bedrock edition. Please could i have some help with this issue

Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition: I can't join my friend's world

Whenever I try to join my friends world (we are on different networks) I can't join. It says "Unable to connect to world." I make sure he invites me to his world before I try to join. When I click the Accept button from the invite, it loads up Minecraft
and says "Generating world Locating server" It does this for about 20 seconds before saying "Unable to connect to world." I can still connect to public multiplayer servers but I can't join his world.
