Windows 10: Minecraft payment issue

i've tried to buy minecraft but once i submit my card information a blank space shows up in the middle of the screen and stays ,so i've changed browsers and it passed and i've submitted my verification code that was sent to my phone security procedure from my bank and after that an error shows up making me exit the payment page ,so i visited my bank mobile app and i noticed that i was charged 26.95 $ even though i still didn't receive any confirmation email and i still got the "Get minecraft" button every time i login in the launcher or the website meaning i still didn't get it.Thank you i

Hello, so I have a problem regarding on the purchase of Minecraft. My mom used her card since I don't have my own yet and it said it went through. But the thing is, on minecraft.net, it said the payment was unsuccessful. So my mom tried it again for the
second time, and same result. The payment went through but mojang said that the payment was unsuccessful. So she just bought Minecraft 2 times but I have not received the game yet. I checked my email to see if there is a code that I needed to do, but to no
avail. So please help me with this problem and refund the second purchase. (Although I'm still not sure if she did waste $52 as I have no access to her card, but she said so. I'll have to check with my mom again later on.) My mom will also check with you guys
and try to solve the problem. So please help me fix this issue and thank you in advance.
