Windows 10: Minecraft ps4 account wont connect to my Microsoft account. Is there a way to fix it?

I cannot seem to be able to connect my Minecraft ps4 account to my Microsoft account because it always says that the account is connected to another PlayStation network even do I haven't connected the account to any other PlayStation networks and even when I make a new account it still says that its connected to another PlayStation network.

I'm trying to connect my Microsoft account to my Minecraft on PS4 but it says the code is expired how do I fix this can I get another code? Please help

Is there a way to sign your ps4 account off of your Microsoft account, I accidentally signed into the wrong Microsoft account, but I logged off of that account, so when I try to sign onto Minecraft on my ps4 with the other account, its telling me to that
I cant sign into the second account, and that I need to sign back into the first account.
