Windows 10: Minecraft Purple Heart Cape - Twitch reward

I redeemed the reward on Twitch - Inventory - Purple Heart Cape for Minecraft on Windows 11. I've entered the code, now it says already redeemed and when I go into the minecraft launcher, there is no Purple Heart Cape available to equip. The email, account information, etc. are all correct.What could be the problem?

I just got the new Minecraft Purple Heart Cape from Twitch but when I went to redeem the code for it, it said that the code had already been redeemed, how can I get my cape?

I've claimed the Twitch cape from the 15th minecraft anniversary and when i use the code from twich on the microsoft thing to reedem, firstly worked, and i didnt get it on the minecraft account even if it says i do.. idk what to do beacuase there is a bug from you!
