Windows 10: minecraft realms

Discus and support minecraft realms in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; i would like to know if anyone could help me find out what i have to do to fix a problem i have with a realm i opened in Minecraft this is the issue me...     i would like to know if anyone could help me find out what i have to do to fix a problem i have with a realm i opened in Minecraft this is the issue me and my friends were playing on the realm tat i opened and we were kicked off and ever since then noone has been able to connect to the realm it always said "failure to connect to realm please try again later" that was a day ago and i have done everything i can to try to fix the issue with no results . please please help me with this problem

    Hello, i have a problem with minecraft

    ive been trying to add a realm but the realm bar doesnt show up and it only shows the add friends

    is it because of restrictions?

    plz help me i want to go on my friends realm

    and he has the add realm bar on friends

    can anyine help?

    Can't join a Minecraft Realm in Windows 10 Edition

    We appreciate you for replying back to us. We just need to double check your privacy and online safety settings in your Xbox account because the said error message on the game occurs if the multiplayer option is blocked under
    Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety tab. Since we validated that it's all good, I suggest that you try creating a local user in your Windows 10 computer. This will help us to check if using a local user will allow you to join Minecraft Realm.
