Windows 10: Minecraft windows 10 doesnt open and your screen starts to flash.

After updating the game, I tried to start it, but the screen with the Mojang logo starts to flash, and the game itself does not open. I have already restarted the computer, already restored the game, uninstalled and reinstalled. My version of the game is 1.16.200 from Bedrock. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

I have the flashing screen problem starting today but I don't have a problem with it last time. I disabled iCloud and everything else on start up but it did not work. I also disabled problem reports and solutions and also Windows error reporting
service as suggested by some uses but its still not working. Any ideas? Windows 10 sucks. Now I can't use my computer

 

ati tool doesnt open in a window

my version of ati tool is 0.26 (stable). My graphics card is hd 4850 ati.
When i double click to turn on ati tool, it opens in the system tray but doesnt open in a window and i am not able to use it.
one time i clicked a lot of times and the one a small part of the window opened and then i got a blue screen

how can i solve this
