Windows 10: Minecraft Windows 10 edition not in my library/history

I redeemed my copy of Minecraft Windows 10 edition long ago on my old pc with my xbox account linked. I wasn't aware of the final redeem date and bought a new pc afterwards and didn't think of getting my Minecraft back until now since I'm interested to see the new stuff. My xbox account however does not have any record of me playing Minecraft on it, and the game is not in my library either even though I have played hours of minecraft on this account.I still own the java version of Minecraft but it is much easier to play with friends on the Windows 10 edition using xbox invite. Is there any w

I purchased Minecraft Windows 10 Edition and it's not in my library

Recently, my laptop had a virus which forced me to clean the hard drive. After I cleaned it and reinstalled Windows 10, I wanted to redownload Minecraft Windows 10 Edition but it's not in my library. It appears in my Order History, but not in my Library.
I used a redeem code because I already had Minecraft Java Edition before and I tried using the code again but it wouldn't accept it. I've already tried signing in and out of my account, too.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
