Windows 10: Minecraft Windows 10 Edition v 1.16.20 not allowing menu to start

Hi,


I recently updated to the recent version of Minecraft Windows 10 Edition and now anytime I open the game, the home menu is not displaying. Audio works and the menu is there, but it does not display for me to see what and where I am clicking. I am not sure if it's an issue on my end or on the game itself. My computer is good enough to run most games and Minecraft was working fine before the update. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing, as well as, resetting the game and it has not led to solutions. Can anyone help?

Minecraft win10 edition auto update

Hello,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below, to disable automatic updates for Minecraft.

Steps:-

1. On the Start screen, select Microsoft Store to open the Store.
2. Select the account menu (next to the search box), then select Settings.
3. Under App updates, set Update apps automatically to
   NO.
