Windows 10: Minecraft windows 10 edition

I purchased minecraft back in 2012 and then redeemed the windows 10 edition back in 2018, I have pictures for proof. I recently tried to play the windows 10 edition and noticed that I have to rebuy the game for some reason. I remember playing the windows 10 version back in 2018 when I first redeemed the code but I hadn't played it since. I'm not sure why I have to rebuy it or why my account has no mention of me ever having the game, I have checked every known email of mine that I could have ever have had a microsoft account on and none of them have minecraft windows 10 edition, i'm completely lost as to where my game went. I highly doubt there is some lost account of mine out there that has the game because I redeemed the code back in 2018 which is after the period when I created my main account that I use today. I have been trying to figure this out for about 2 weeks now and no one has been able to help, I get one email from someone at microsoft and then no reply after that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you already played Minecraft from its previous PC or Mac version (running Java), you will be eligible to download Minecraft: Windows 10 edition for free. Normally, you'll be able to download the full version right after you redeem the Minecraft: Windows
10 Beta code to your Windows 10 computer. In your case, there's a possibility it doesn't detect the beta code that you redeemed. We recommend that you reset the Windows Store to clear the store cache on your computer by performing the following steps:

• Press  Windows key + X on your keyboard. 
• Click on Command prompt (Admin).
• Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.
• Restart your computer and reinstall the game.
