Windows 10: Minecraft windows 10 master collection items missing

i bought minecraft windows 10 master collection on the Store 49.99$.

I've launch install from the Store and he did install Minecraft. It asked me to logg in with my Microsoft account. So did i.


I should have :

• the game
• 1000 Minecoins
• 4 packs of skins
• 1 pack of texture
• 1 pack spécial mash-up
• 6 worlds

I have none of them.

I have uninstalled the game. Updated the store.

Installed the game again and nothing changed.

i have read a lot of post on forum and it seems i'm not the only one with this bug.


I tried to be refund but it seems this game is not available for refund.

I have the feeling to be spoiled by one of the richest company in the world.

I just want what i paid for !

I made a request issue on Mojang website but i didn't bought the game there. I bought it on the windows Store because i thought it was more secure...I've tried everything i could.

The biggest OS company unable to manage one of the biggest game of all time...

Minecraft Master Collection missing 1000 minecoins

Just purchased Minecraft windows 10 Master Collection. I'm unable to get the 1000 minecoins with the bundle. I'm also missing other items as part of the purchase.

 

Minecraft windows 10 master collection.

Minecraft windows 10 master collection would not download to pc. It said no device found. This is a brand new pc and is completely up to date.

 

I can't install Minecraft Master Collection on Win10.

I purchased the Minecraft Master Collection and see it on my purchased items list.

I can't install it.

i see "Manage" and when I press I've been asked to chose on with PC. I makred both PCs that I owned the game, but the download can't be progressed and I try again and again, but no change. Therefore I need help to check why can't I download the Master collection?
