    Minecraft Windows 10 Redemption Issue


    Hey, I've had Minecraft for years, and I signed up with my gmail. When I redeemed Windows 10 version when it came out, I had a Microsoft Account that I can't access anymore. I have a fully functioning Minecraft Account, and it says Win10 version is attached to it, but it won't let me redeem it. I want to play with my friends on console.

    So I recently bought Minecraft Java Edition. This comes with a free code for the Windows 10 version. I went to the Mojang website and pressed the link to redeem the code but no code comes up even though it brought me to the code redemption page. I should
    probably go to Mojang for this, but I was curious if anyone could help me here.

    Thanks for the quick response, however none of the above suggestions seemed to have worked and the link you have provided is linking to a different Minecraft game. Though that is more my fault for using a different name then what it is referred to in the
    store, it's actual name in the store is "Minecraft for Windows 10"
