Windows 10: Minecraft Windows 10 Unable to connect to world

Whenever I try to connect to my friends Xbox One world or have them try to connect to my world Windows 11, the message unable to connect appears.We can both connect to other servers but not individual worlds. I have tried using lines in command prompt, resetting my internet, changing my Xbox account settings, connecting to a private world or other servers, resetting Minecraft and uninstalling it but nothing works. I have an open nat type as wellI have tried as many solutions out there but nothing fixes it.This has been an on and off problem for about a year now and I have yet to find a fix

Restart PC in between uninstall and reinstall.

Minecraft Windows 10 Edition: Unable to connect to world

Every time I try to join my friend when he is playing on Xbox I get the message saying "unable to connect to world"

• My NAT type is open
• I've tried doing the PowerShell command
• I've uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft (ver. 1.13.1 btw)

Please, if anyone has a solution to this please let me know.
