Windows 10: Minecraft Windows 10 version download code Sends me to Mojang account, which doesn't sell it.

I purchased a card at Walmart for Windows 10 version of Mincecraft. It tells me to go to the Mojang site to redeem it. Once there, it sends me to the microsoft site. When I enter the code there, it tells me to go to the Mojang site listed on the back of the card. I spent $35 to be sent in circles and have no game. Mojang support told me it was a Microsoft problem now. Please help!
