Windows 10: minesweeper ad

So I saw another "ticket" about this issue back in march, but it is locked and I can't comment on it. But on my minesweeper, every now and then I get the ads, which is no issue, but starting yesterday whenever the ad for "Jewels of Rome" plays, at the end of the timer the "close" button at the top right is just and "X" and does absolutely nothing. I tried both steps in that other post from march about resetting the app, and uninstalling and reinstalling. Neither worked. And the only way for me to get around this issue, is to close the app, and reopen it, but the ad tends to come back a game later, so Im having to close and reopen the app every game attempt. Is there any other way that I can "complete" this ad so the script recognizes I have watched the ad and let me get back onto playing?

MSFT MINESWEEPER NOT OPENING

Using WIN 10 and have been playing MSFT Minesweeper for years. Yesterday it would not open, so I deleted and re-installed the App. also added it to task bar. still will not open !! goes to minesweeper page and then reverts to win 10 opening page .. have
also tried to open from list of apps and get the same activity .. what have ai done to make this happen ?

 

Minesweeper and Mahjong unavailable in Store

Minesweeper and mahjong were taken off when I updated to Windows 10, how do I get them back? They were both listed under Microsoft games on my HP Windows 7 and now only Spider and Solitaire are listed.
