Windows 10: Minesweeper unplayable since update....

minesweeper is completely unplayable since the latest update, The mouse clicks do not respond quick enough and while adverts are playing/loading it gets completely unresponsive. what was a nice flowing game with a few adverts has become a complete waste of time...

Minesweeper and Mahjong unavailable in Store

Minesweeper and mahjong were taken off when I updated to Windows 10, how do I get them back? They were both listed under Microsoft games on my HP Windows 7 and now only Spider and Solitaire are listed.

Minesweeper crashing ever since I changed monitors

Method 1:

Try to run the troubleshooter for Windows apps:

Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store - Microsoft Support

Check for updates for apps from Windows Store and install if you find any.

Note:

Solitaire, Minesweeper, and Hearts Games that come pre-installed on Windows 7 will be removed as part of installing the Windows 10 upgrade. Microsoft has released our version of Solitaire and Minesweeper called the “Microsoft Solitaire Collection”
and “Microsoft Minesweeper.”

If issue still persists try method 2,

Method 2:

I suggest you to update your graphic card drivers and check if it helps.

You can update drivers from the Device Manager.

• Right click on start button and click on Device manager.
  
• Select Display Drivers.
• Right click on the Display drivers
  and select Properties
• Click on the device tab and select Update driver.

I also suggest you to update the video card drivers and check if the issue persist.
