Windows 10: Minidump files on desktop and Runtime error 255 at 00411C90

Hello, Iam getting problem of minidump error files stored on my Desktop and its following with runtime error. I would like to get atleast minidump files to not stored on my Desktop.Thank you for helping.

I receive the following messages when running explorer or google chrome

smtraynotify.exe

The instruction at 0x000000000040DE50

References memory at ox000000000043CCFC

The Required data was not placed into memory because of

an I/O error status of oxC000009C

And I also get the

runtime errror 217 255

Hi,

I tried to uninstall a programm but the uninstaller stopped working and the runtime errors 217 and 255 showed up. So I just used the installer of the programm again, but again it stopped working, runtime error 217.

Now I dont know what i should do because I cant uninstall or install the programm either.

I have already tried to do the /sfc scannow process or to disable all non windows programs through msconfig. I also did a security system scan but no results (Norton).

I would be very happy if this problem would be solved,
