Windows 10: Minimised File Explorer window always pops up to the front.

So, I've had this problem for a good while now and it's really annoying.When I have an opened File Explorer window, minimised, it will often just randomly pop up after a few seconds or minutes all by itself.It is not a new File Explorer window, but a window that's already opened, but minimised, and if I'm playing a video, for example, in full screen it will pop up over the video.It's really annoying, and I have done virus checks, SFC, etc, but it doesn't seem to be anything like that that's causing the issue.Anyone know what's going on here?I'd prefer not to get catch-all responses, like "try

File Explorer minimises when using a different window

I like to have the screen filled with two File Explorers side-by-side but often, after I've looked at and minimised other windows, one or both of the File Explorer windows have also minimised. Is there a way to stop a window minimising itself in the background? - I don't want to have either of the File Explorer windows 'always on top'.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

I understand how frustrating it can be when it pops up every time while you access other applications and games. However, we can quickly check with the task manager and see if you are able to resolve the issue.
