Windows 10: Minimize all or maximize app while dragging a file

Hello,I’d like to know how if possible to enable 2 features I liked from Windows 10.While dragging a picture, hovering over photoshop in the taskbar would bring it to the front if it was minimized or in the background. In Win11 nothing happens. This is true for any application in the taskbar like file explorer, not just photoshop.Also while dragging a file, bringing it to the bottom right of the screen would minimize everything, so I could drop things to the desktop. In Win11 nothing happens. I have the setting enabled where if I click in that corner it'll minimize all.Thanks in advance!

Some issues with minimizing and maximizing games

Im trying the focus assist option right now, i will get back with the results.

Alright, so turning focus assist off seems to have reduced the time it takes for my games to minimize and maximize, but i still get the annoying messagebox in the top left corner of the screen. I would also like if all my games would minimize and maximize instantly, but its a step in the right direction.

Also, my games are running in exclusive fullscreen mode.

 

Enable or Disable Maximized Window Dragging in Windows 10


The good news is that when you have drag maximized windows disabled, you'll still be able to minimize the window to then be able to drag it where you like.

This is mostly good for when you're always dragging a maximized window by mistake somehow.

 

Can't resize apps except to minimize or maximize


A few days ago, the windows for my apps stopped allowing me to resize them. I can minimize or maximize the windows, but nothing in between.
