Windows 10: Minimize, expand exit missing from window

Windows 11 22H2 22621.2134 Public Release VersionHere's a new one, has anyone else had this happen?Yesterday I manually resized my control panel window.This morning when I pulled it up the Minimize, expand, and exit were missing from the upper right of that window. I would expect this behavior if I was on an insider release.....not a public one...

Windows automatically minimizing and expanding on their own

Original Title : minimizing/expanding by itself!!!!

I upgraded to Windows 10 over 3 months ago. Whatever I open, from the control panel to internet browser windows keep minimizing and/or expanding on their own. When this problem 1st started occurring I would just browse the internet with a minimized window.
Now its has a my of its own, doing both especially when I go to click something. Trying to scroll up or down is a nightmare. It really isn't worth using my laptop anymore even though I would like to. Definitely not worth this much stress.

I've tried doing a system restore but, the last restore point I have does not go back far enough. I've seen other similar problems, but they only involved a specific web browser like internet explorer. Or something happened where games were played. I've
tried 3 different browsers, kids do not use my laptop, and I do not play games.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
