Windows 10: Miracast delivers blurry image

HI, Since few weeks my mircast connected to AOC monitor 2490W1 is delivering poor image quality. Really useless for video & photo edits...I checked drivers & software updates for both miracast & laptop AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 4750U with Radeon Graphics 1.70 GHz, 16GB Ram. All are up to date, although it worked perfectly fine for over a year, so I guess there must be a driver that updated and causes the issue.Have been trying all online suggestions, none wokring.HOw to fix this, any ideas?

Does Miracast support 4K?

We suggest that you check with the manufacturer of the 4k display device that you are using if it is certified to work with Miracast. If your display device is certified to work with Miracast, then check if your PC device supports Miracast. You may do so
by following the steps below:

• Click Start, then go to Settings >
  Projecting to this PC.
• Check if your device supports Miracast.
