    Mircrosoft Photos App Dulls Colors When Viewing Picture


    When I am viewing all photos on the Microsoft Photos app, the "thumbnail" shows the photo in the punchy colors I'm used to getting on my laptop, but ever since I upgraded to Windows 11, as soon as you click on the photo, the colors dull.

    Screen dulling colors?

    My screen seems to be dulling the colors I view. I've tried the color calibration test, and the brightness on my computer doesn't affect anything. I'm at lost at what to do since digital art is crucial to me and I didn't realise I had this problem until
    I viewed my art on four separate devices and noticed the picture was much deeper in color than on my laptop. Any help is appreciated!

    Dull screen needs help

    Bulldogxx I tried both ways suggested the article that offered step by step and neither system solved the dull colors, dull screen problem. All they did was rearrange my desktop. Any other suggestions?

    Sorry about the sassy rejoinder to your sassy remark, I think they are both funny now that I am old and don't take myself seriously.

    Mircrosoft Photos App Dulls Colors When Viewing Picture

    Cannot view photos in photo app


    I opened my picture library and double clicked to view photo, photo App opens and shuts immediately and then displays an error message. This happens with all photos/pictures I have tried to open!
