Windows 10: Missed my Microsoft certification exams pl200

I was scheduled to write my pl200 Microsoft exams after winning a voucher after graduating from power up application program cohort 8, to my dismay during the time, my system was checked ok, the environment background everything set, but couldn't initiate the exam. After that I could not reschedule again, it says that the voucher was used, meanwhile even the exam page did not open. Pls help, I want to write the exam I am ready for it, infact I will go to any physical centre if given the chance. Thank you

Microsoft Exam Credly certification missing

I recently passed my MD-100: Windows Client exam, but when I navigate to my Microsoft Learn profile and attempt to view my Credly badge/certification; the redirect link appears to be broken and I cannot view the verified Badge.

I scheduled an appointment for my Microsoft Azure Certification Exam from the below site, however, the appointment I have made was gone. Can anyone tell what happen, did I missed the date?
