Windows 10: Missing Accounts in Calendar App

Hi.


I've had my Surface Book 2 for about a year now, however, for about a couple of weeks my accounts on the Calendar app have been removed except for my 365 Account. I've been using 2 other gmail accounts as well as a yahoo account but these are now missing. I've gone through the "manage accounts" tab and checked yes to having the calendars synced, but this did not help. "Add calendars" doesn't add these accounts either. The other emails show up just fine in the Mail app, but not in the calendar app. I have already tried to reset the app through windows settings, but this did not help at all.

There could either be a corrupted or a missing data file that has created this account on your Calendar app. We suggest that you reset the Calendar app. Kindly follow these steps to reset it:

• Go to Settings and select System.
• On the left pane, click Apps & features.
• Click Mail and Calendar app and select Advanced options.
• Click Reset and set up your accounts on the Calendar and Mail app again.

See if the issue would be fixed after resetting the Mail and Calendar apps.

Calendar events missing in App

One possible reason why you lost the events you set up 12 days in the past and 13 days in the future is due to some recent changes you made either with the account you signed in, or in the Calendar app settings. To help you restore the missing events in
your Calendar App, kindly supplement us with more information by answering these questions:

• Were there any changes made with the account you signed in, or in the Calendar app settings prior to the issue?
  
• When did you notice that there are missing events?
• Did this issue happen before?
• What are the steps that you have done in an attempt to resolve the issue?

Mail & Calendar App


By default, M&C app will install an outlook account according to your sign in. I sign into W10 with a non MS account "---@gmail.com" so my default account is listed like this, I can't seem to straighten it out/ delete/change it. Suggestions appreciated.
