Windows 10: Missing Bluetooth

Hi there, I need help to fix my Bluetooth problem. Here is the chronology:1. I paired my earbuds, it worked well and suddenly it got connected. When I check the Bluetooth button in the notification panel, it's gone.2. I tried to safe boot and reboot again it worked. However, the same thing happened again. The Bluetooth button suddenly disappeared.3. I tried the safe boot and reboot again but this time it didn't work. So I looked for another way. So far I've tried:a. Service.msc and changed the Bluetooth service support from manual to automatic. It didn't work.b. I opened Device manager and uni

• Is your Bluetooth device currently inserted?
• Can we have a screenshot of the interface where your Bluetooth went missing?

• Which version or build of Windows device are you using? To know, press
  Windows + R to open the Run window. Type winver
  and press Enter. A new window will open showing the version and build number of your Windows device.
• What were the recent changes made on your computer before you experienced this issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Did you receive any error messages?

Bluetooth not existing after format of PC.

Hi,

If your Bluetooth hardware is missing after resetting your PC, this can be a result of a corrupted, outdated, or missing driver. As an initial step to get Bluetooth working, we suggest that you follow the steps provided on this

link. Click the drop-down arrow for the Bluetooth doesn't appear and there are no unknown devices listed in Device Manager section to view the appropriate steps.

Bluetooth in windows 10

My computer specs are as listed in the profile. I think all of you guys are correct. I don't have built-in Bluetooth in mobo.

I contacted skull candy headphones and thy have told me if I do not have built-in Bluetooth, I would need a dongle which supports at least a2dp. I do not know what the heck that means. I have a feeling I would need more than a cheap dongle.

Anyone suggest some a2dp adapters. I searched but don't know what a2dp is so couldn't make a decision
