Windows 10: Missing Content from my Microsoft Account

So,

A while back, Minecraft had a promotion thing where Minecraft gave out a free code for Minecraft Windows 10 Edition if you owned Minecraft Java Edition, and of course I redeemed it to this Microsoft account as soon as I found out about it. Fast forward a few years to 2018, where I get a Windows laptop and install Minecraft Windows 10 Edition, and it works absolutely fine. Fast forwarding again to early summer last year, I got a desktop PC, and noticed that my copy of Minecraft Windows 10 Edition was no where to be found, but at the time I didn't pay it any attention because I thought that I wouldn't ever play it again anyways. Well, I was wrong, and here I am trying to find a way to see this game on my account again. I have checked my purchase history and it doesn't even list it there anymore, I have checked other accounts to make sure I didn't redeem it to the wrong account or something. The part that confuses me the most is that it still recognises that I have achievements on the Xbox Companion App for Windows 10 Edition specifically.

Does anyone know how I might go about restoring this? Mojang's website directs you to an invalid Xbox support page https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-titles/minecraft-info and I'm unsure what to do now.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.

 

Cannot link/add my Microsoft Account to Local Account

Hello Ken,

Im using Win10 Build 1607 with all latest update.

I also run all related troubleshooters:

• Windows Update
• Store Apps (says i have to login in my microsoft account but thats the problem, i can't)
• Microsoft Accounts

No Problem found. Also the suggestions from Microsoft didnt helped.
