Windows 10: MIssing CRClient.dll file and cannot reinstall Adobe Acrobat DC

Hello. I tried exporting a PDF in Adobe Acrobat and received an error message. I uninstalled and attempted to reinstall Adobe Acrobat DC, but received the error message "The code execution cannot proceed because CRClient.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." Well, that's exactly was I was trying to do! Please advise; thanks!

Update Adobe Acrobat DC, and uninstall any antiviruses (just to make sure they aren't the problem).

Or uninstall Adobe Acrobat DC using Revo Uninstaller free to remove all of the leftovers, then reinstall.

can also try running the program as administrator.

Which Antivirus utility do you have installed? It could be interfering with Adobe Acrobat DC.

Try disabling your Antivirus temporarily, reinstall Acrobat DC and see if makes a difference. If it turns out to be the AV, you might want to switching to a different brand.

Also, make sure you download and use the latest Adobe Acrobat DC install files, which you can download from Adobe's website.

I have Window 8.1 on my laptop. I use Firefox Mozilla browser. Last week I have received a notification to update window 8.1. So I did updates and restart my laptop again. After that I had issue with my 'pdf" files couldn't open them. Then one of the agents
from Microsoft "uninstalled" the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC from my laptop. Now I tried to download
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC but I can't download it, there is an error message says it is not downloaded. Any suggestions?
