Windows 10: Missing Cursor Solution blocked by Microsoft

Ok so i have now again come into the issue of the missing cursor. If i press ctrl i see that it is invisible and locked to the middle of the screen as it is missing. Previously i found the solution to be rather simple. Uninstall the driver that you updated to, then just delete the installer if an installer was used, then just turn off your PC. Enter UEFI BIOS settings and turn off Legacy USB support and then uninstall latest windows update and then reinstall. This way was the only solution that would actually fix this issue without deleting your entire PC and all data you have on it. Sadly Microsoft has now disabled rerolling windows updates if you updated more than 10 days ago. This of course prevents users from fixing the issue. I have scoured the web for alternate solutions, but thus far there seems to not exist any other solutions. When the issue starts it disconnects the mouse and won’t work. Turning off the Legacy support fixes that, but the reinstalling of the latest windows update fixes the missing cursor as it force installs all missing software programs and drivers for operating the cursor. When deleting/uninstalling the mouse driver it seemingly uninstalls parts of the mouse as well. So if anyone has any solution to this that’d be nice, cause it seems obvious that Microsoft no longer cares about it’s users given the removal of necessary features and solutions to fixing issues related to the features they still have. Anyways i digress. Solution is to re-install a windows update, but it’s not possible due to the 10 day limit wich seems pretty stupid.

cursor dissappeared

Thank you both for your prompt replies, I tried all steps listed, some I had tries previously but I still tried them again, but still no cursor.

Do you have any other suggestions?
