Windows 10: Missing D Drive in laptop since i bought it

Hello, I've gotten a new desktop fairly recently, and I've just noticed that it's missing a D: Drive. I decided to check disc management to find that I only have a C: Drive, and two unknown Disc 0's that don't appear to be doing anything. I've tried various things, but nothing seems to work. This is an issue for me, as it decreases the space on my computer quite a bit- I have no idea what the issue could be, so now I'm here. Below is a screenshot of my disc management page. can you kindly help me?

Missing D drive

I had to reset my laptop not to long ago, and when I did I noticed I had lost the D drive, I didn't question this, as I assumed the petition was just something that is done with hard drives, and a reset removes. Until recently when I noticed that I'm missing the 900GB that the D drive had. Any idea how to recover the drive, or the missing storage.

If it helps, it was one hard drives with a partition.
