Windows 10: Missing documents, new user???

I have Windows 11. I was deleting folders from an external drive. After deleting a number of folders I tried to open my document folder on my computer. There was nothing in it. I checked the trash thinking I mistakenly deleted the folder, nothing there. I tried searching for files, nothing. I finally did a search on .doc and found the files. They ina new user with the name 4RHAKAYP, I've never seen this user before my user name is a 4 alphanumber name. Should I be worried and how did this happen?

It's possible that some user profile system files may have been corrupted, causing the missing Location tab. The next step we recommend is to create a new local user account for computer to see if the
"Documents" and "Pictures" folders under "This PC" will be set to the default location instead of the OneDrive location. You may follow the steps listed here to
create a new local user account.

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.

We'd like to know, are you able to create a new user account to isolate if there are corrupted files in the current user profile that might be causing the problem. In case you miss it, here are the steps:

• Open Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type this net user test /add and hit Enter.

Note: If the new user account is already created, check if the issue still persists.
