Windows 10: Missing downloads

    Missing downloads


    I have tried to download files from mp3jam, but nothing actually gets downloaded. The download bar looks as if its working, but nothing actually gets downloaded. I'm using the latest version of mp3jam and windiows ten. Can you help?

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    Programs Missing From Control Panel List


    I was able to get rid of XNVIEW by downloading it and using it's own uninstaller.
    Have tried method suggested by Pyramid 10 with photoscape without success.
    Can't figure out how to do what is asked.

    Your next suggestion?

    I actually posted the link for the "list of troubleshooting steps to resolve your boost_threads.dll problems" which is located half way down the page. I did not mean to promote any downloads.

    Why don't I just go back and indicate that on my original post? That way there's access to the 'step-by-step' instructions, which are accessed via those green 'plus' signs next to the topics.

    If the link still needs to be removed, then let me know
