Windows 10: Missing driver - USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller in Windows 11

I am trying to resolve an issue within Device Manager. I recently changed video cards from an EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 to an EVGA GeForce RTX 2060. After the installation was completed I noticed that Device Manager started reporting a missing driver on my machine Error 10.I did some reading and tried to resolve this issue on my own by downloading and installing the Display Driver Uninstaller and then fetching the newest driver from Nvidia for the RTX 2060 and installing it Game Ready Driver version 531.18.The issue did not go away. The issue is coming from the video card as I never saw it

this fixed the Usb xHCI Compliant host controller Driver Error and now I have a Via USB 3 Root hub error... Any ideas?
