Windows 10: Missing feature after downloading the feature update.

Hi,

You must be familiar with this picture below that is the part of Windows 20H1 update.


So basically, 4 days ago, I update my Windows from 1909 to 2004 version by which after that the header in my settings app has gone missing. INTERESTINGLY, this header in settings app was in 1909 version, but remove in the current version.
Why is that so? Also I manually downloaded by media creation tool, so it's worth noting that i didn't checked if my pc was capable of it or not.

You have an option to defer feature updates, but we do not recommend it because you might miss every innovative and helpful update in the future. To defer these feature updates, follow these steps:

• Type Update history in the search box in your Start menu.
• Under Update settings, select Advanced options.
• Tick the Defer feature updates checkbox.
