Windows 10: missing files after migration

Discus and support missing files after migration in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; i just migrated from a hdd to a ssd, files, os, everything, but a lot of my files are missing just empty folders. i have tried looking for hidden files...     missing files after migration


    i just migrated from a hdd to a ssd, files, os, everything, but a lot of my files are missing just empty folders. i have tried looking for hidden files but they still arent there. it also still says that the space is taken up on the drive where the files should be Game files, photos, videos etc. also when i try to switch drive letters an error pops up "assigning or removing drive letters on current boot or page file volume is not allowed." i have also switched primary boot drive in the bios to the new ssd, windows boots and most apps load. im just really stuck.
