Windows 10: Missing files on ssd after factory reset

I factory reset my desktop because I was having some trouble with my drives. When I performed the reset, I selected remove everything, but when I checked disk management, my SSD still shows 476 GB used. Any help as to why this might be occurring would be greatly appreciated. It is a teamgroup ms30 512 gb m.2 ssd

Unable to Factory Reset

When you moved to the SSD did you clone? If you did not you may have missed some hidden files for the Factory Reset.

 

Factory reset Outlook

I was missing some information (not unusual). Before doing the factory reset, the person deleted some things she thought she didn't need. As a last resort, I suggested she contact Comcast and see if the missing emails were still on their server. They are
restoring the missing files she deleted and the missing emails.
