Windows 10: Missing files

One of my folders disappeared earlier so I did a system restore. After doing the restore the folder reappeared, but now the contents are showing as a shortcut, which I can't open. The missing files are all graphics, mainly png files.This is what is showing as the target "D:\Google Диск\240 traveler" which is not valid. I don't have a 'D' drive showing.When I try to open the shortcut I get this message...'The drive or network connection that the shortcut 21.Ink refers to is unavailable...'I've scanned my system for malware/viruses and nothing is showing. I have also tried file recovery softwar

Burning Files To cdr

I tried to drag a .txt file to the burn list, as suggested above, but it will not drop in. I get a message "+add to burn list" but I cannot get it to drop into the burn list. Is there another step I am missing?

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

For us to isolate the issue, we will need to ask you a few questions:

• What task are you trying to do every time that you get the error code “missing file rtl160.bpl?”
  
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
