Windows 10: Missing files

I bought my computer while windows ten was installed so i never had windows seven. Recently windows ten updated my comouter to a more recent build. All my downloads were moved from downloads to my C Drive. I needed them to be in the download folder for a program to work. I began to move the files back but the my computer died.I plugged in the charger and turned the computer back on and all the files were gone from the C drive. And they werent in the downloads folder as well. I had also pinned the folder to quick access but when my computer was put on again the pinned folder was gone.I wen

Burning Files To cdr

I tried to drag a .txt file to the burn list, as suggested above, but it will not drop in. I get a message "+add to burn list" but I cannot get it to drop into the burn list. Is there another step I am missing?

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

• What task are you trying to do every time that you get the error code “missing file rtl160.bpl?”
  
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
