Windows 10: Missing fill and paint bucket in Paint

I am running Win 11 with office 365. I cannot find the fill function or paint bucket within Paint?Any ideas??

Is there a fill bucket in Fresh Paint like the one in the Paint application in Windows?

Fresh Paint works like real paint on a canvas; as such, there’s no fill bucket in Fresh Paint. Fill in large areas of your paintings with a large brush. You can also changing the color of the background canvas -- click the Surface button
and then pick a background color.

Paint 3D Bucket Tool

Hello Michael-Ann,

I am Jaspreet Singh.

Are you trying to paint in a shape you created inside paint 3d or are you trying to paint over an image inserted inside paint 3d?

Paint 3d will automatically select the shape you are trying to fill in if it is a created shape but if you are trying to paint over in an inserted image you need to set proper tolerance in the fill bucket tool settings.

For example if you wish to fill in the one portion of the image you attached (first image with concentric circles) set the tolerance to 2% this will help you fill the color in just one curve in the circle. Attached is an image of the result.
