Windows 10: Missing game, might be "Paper Snow Racing," had a boy snowboarding through a paper world on...

I recall purchasing a 3D game from the Microsoft Store while using Windows 10 on my previous PC. It was a racing game set in a paper world, playable with a controller or arrow keys. The character could leap over ground trees or those overhead. As you progressed, the course's nature and weather changed, avoiding obstacles. The game might have been named "Paper Snow Racing." It's missing from the Microsoft Store on Windows 11 and my order history, which dates back to July 15, 2012, but doesn't include this game.Unfortunately, I can't locate the game, and there's no record of a refund. Paper jam.

My Kodak ESP 2170 all in one printer keeps showing paper jam. I have cleared all paper out of it but when I push the ok button it clicks and gives a code of 3523 paper jam. Any suggestion on what to do?

I suggest you do the following procedures for the possible resolution of the problem:

Printing is out of alignment or the size of the printed document is reduced when printing the document from Microsoft Word.

Please follow the steps below to set the paper size correctly.

1.Open the document with Word 2010.

2. Click to select the paper size in the Settings section and select the paper size you want to use for printing.

3. Click to select the paper size in the Settings section and select the paper size you want to use for printing.

"If the paper size shown appears as the chosen one, be sure to click on the menu and from the drop down menu choose the paper size again".

Example: If you are printing a Letter size and Letter document is shown, click on the drop down menu from the menu and choose "Letter" again.

4.Click Print.

5. If the document prints without any problems, click Save on the File menu.

This problem can only occur if the paper size was not defined before the document was created. Before printing the document, we recommend setting the paper size and saving the configuration, following the steps above.

Hi Jean, my name is Neil, I'm an independent expert adviser for Microsoft and a Windows 10 user like you.

I'm sorry you're having trouble printing.

It really sounds like your printer has a jam or something blocking the flow of paper through the printer.

If you go to print a document and you hear it printing, but no paper is moving, then it's likely printing directly onto the paper roller inside your printer. This can get quite dirty with printer ink.

I suggest you have a good look inside your paper tray and inside your printer near the roller feed and make sure nothing is stuck there (like a paperclip or anything similar) that is preventing the paper from going in. Also, remove all the paper and realign
it into a neat stack before putting it back into the printer and also make sure there's not too much paper being put in. Try around 10 sheets first and no more and see if it prints then.

You could try turning the printer upside down and see if anything falls out of the printer that shouldn't be there, but please be careful doing this. Only do it if you feel comfortable doing it.

If none of these suggestions work, let me know and we'll try something else.
