Windows 10: Missing games

Hello, I have recently bought a PC but I'm missing hundreds of games that I had on my Xbox prior to getting a PC, I have a link a my account to a different account that being a family account on the Xbox with it being primarily where we bought the games but when we looked at both accounts on the PC we can't see any owned games baring a handful and I'm wondering how to retrieve the games and link the 2 accounts again but on the PC?

Thanks for replying spunk. That's the 'alphabetical' list I was referring to, none of these apps are in that 'All apps' list. Any more suggestions?

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
