Windows 10: Missing games.

Hi there, I recently changed my email address and have just discovered that nearly all of my purchased games and apps no longer appear in the

all owned list in the Microsoft Store. Is the change in my email address the reason for this or has there been a change in the Store's terms and conditions. Thank you, Robert.

Thanks for replying spunk. That's the 'alphabetical' list I was referring to, none of these apps are in that 'All apps' list. Any more suggestions?

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
