Windows 10: Missing icons

I changed icon spacing and vertical spacing to -1000 in the registry and rebooted. Now all the icons on the desktop except one have disappeared. How can I fix this? Unfortunately I have OneCloud on my computer which may have a roll in this!

Volume icon missing from Taskbar
