Windows 10: Missing letter when print to one note

As shown on the screenshot, if I try to print a PDF file or PPT file from the web to Onenote, some letters are missing. I have tried several files so it would be a file problem. I have bought the surface several years ago, and it working properly since the last time I print the file sometime around 2022 December. If I download the file and inserted it, it displaces normally.

Print to PDF missing in Printer List

Hi William,

We suggest that you disable and re-enable the Print to PDF feature. Here are the steps:

• Click on the Start menu and type in Windows Features.
• Choose Turn Windows features on or off.
• On the next window, find Microsoft Print to PDF and disable it. Click
  OK to save changes.
• Restart your PC.
• Repeat the same steps to re-enable Microsoft Print to PDF.

Sticky Note Missing

Hi KeithRawlings,

Let's see if with the following steps we can solve the problem:

1.- Open >> Sticky notes, when located on the taskbar (Right click on the option) >> Select: List of Notes, now check if your note is in that list.

2.- Follow the steps suggested by the Windows MVP in your article

How do I type and print a letter on my laptop?

To type a letter:

• Start menu > Windows Accessories > Wordpad

To print the letter you just created, with Wordpad still open:

• File menu > Print

To save your letter for future reference, with Wordpad still open:

• File menu > Save
