Windows 10: Missing media driver windows 11

I am getting an error every time I try to install windows 11 I have meet the minimum requirements for it I gotten a new motherboard cpu and ram the motherboard is as rock b450m pro4 r2.0

Microsoft had scheduled Windows Media Player 11 for final release on October 24th, 2006. Microsoft has delayed release of the next version of its media player to an unspecified date. "As with any release, quality is our top priority, and we felt we needed a few additional days to bring Windows Media Player 11 up to the high quality standards we--and our customers and partners--demand." Microsoft did not mention exactly what part of Windows Media Player 11 didn't meet the bar. Microsoft has no defined date of when Windows Media Player 11 will be released, though rumors around the internet claim that Microsoft will release it on October 30th.

A Media Driver Is missing Windows 11

Firstly, you can create the Windows system installation media in another Windows computer by following the steps below:

Step-by-step to make a boot disk in MCT

1. Prepare a flash driver with at least 8GB (Pay attention to backup data, because creating a boot disk will erase all data of the flash driver). Then operate it on another Windows computer.
   
2. Visit Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com) and click "Download Now" to download MCT (Media Creation Tool).

3. Run the MCT, select "Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD or ISO file) for another PC”, and then choose Language, Version, Architecture (if you are not sure about these, choose "Use the recommended options for this PC"), then select "USB flash drive" in the "Select Media to Use" interface, then make a boot disk.
   

Then when installing the system can not recognize the hard disk may be due to the lack of IRST driver, you can follow the steps below to install the driver:

1. Visit Intel® Rapid Storage Technology Driver Installation Software with Intel® Optane™ Memory (10th and 11th Gen Platforms) to download the driver package.

Faulty Windows Media Player

Windows Mesdis Player developed a fault (Played jerky an missed bits) so I down loaded Media Player 10.

It's no better. Any suggestions (I run Windows 98)
