Windows 10: missing mfc110u.dll was not found

I am running Windows 11 and it is up to date.When I go to run one program it states mfc110u.dll was not found and the program will not start.The program was working in the past.In Windows 11 apps it lists Visual C++ redistributable 2008 64 and 86 two times each, different versions each.It also lists Visual C++ redistributable 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2015 64 and 86.I have run SFC and it doesn't find any errors.

I actually posted the link for the "list of troubleshooting steps to resolve your boost_threads.dll problems" which is located half way down the page. I did not mean to promote any downloads.

Why don't I just go back and indicate that on my original post? That way there's access to the 'step-by-step' instructions, which are accessed via those green 'plus' signs next to the topics.

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.
