Windows 10: Missing MSVCP110.dll file

I have just installed the latest update KB5004237 and I am now getting an error message saying that one of my programs will not open file MSVCP110.dll is missing. How do I recover that file?

missing MSVCP110.dll file

Just did a windows 10 update and keep getting the message "missing MSVCP110.dll file" when i sign on. I can close out of it and proceed to programs but wonder what it is all about.

So today I have the notice msvcp110.dll is missing. It wasn't missing earlier it just seems to have happened.

I tried searching the 'cmd' thing but the administrator option did not come. I watched a video on youtube where it told me to download the file and copy it into the system32 file. I did that, that hasn't worked.

So now im stumped. I'm also not very savvy when it comes to technology, so please use terms I'll understand.
