Windows 10: Missing "Open With" in Windows 11 Explorer

Missing "Open With" in Windows 11 Explorer version 23H2. Not available on right click or show more options for some file extensions.Checked register HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\Open With and it's value was {09799AFB-AD67-11d1-ABCD-00C04FC30936}For example, the file extension .bat is one that is missing "Open with" option.How can I fix this problem?Also, how to get rid of " show more options" and instead show all options on right click

History is missing in Internet Explorer 11

  When you say “There is no history on the internet explorer” what exactly are you referring to?

  Is history tab is missing or history entries is missing in Internet Explorer?

• Go to the start screen.
• Enter Troubleshooting in the search box, and then tap or click Troubleshooting.
• Tap or click View all, select Internet Explorer Performance, and then follow the instructions in the Troubleshooter.

Cant find Toolbar in Internet explorer 11

• Are you facing this issue after any recent updates?
• Did you check in setting and try to check mark the command bar and check?

I suggest you to follow some steps below and check if it helps.

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Right click on top in empty space near the tabs
  and select Menu Bar and Command Bar and check if the issue is resolved.
