Windows 10: Missing People in W10-Mail

    Missing People in W10-Mail


    I have an HP Laptop running W10 with W10 Mail. I don't have access to my People/Contacts for W10 Mail and have not had for a very long time. Where has it gone & can I get it back? My email address is .....@btinternet.com, so if I look on BT Mail it is not there either.If I click on the People icon in Mail it displays a message saying "You need a new app to open this MS-People link . . . Look for an app in MS-Store". If I try this it responds with "Nothing found". If I remove the MS- from the search it comes up with a load of stuff I can't relate to.If I follow instructions from ot

    Original Title: People/Mail apps

    After installing Windows 10, my mail and people app no longer has my full contacts list. The full list is in Outlook/Hotmail, but has not synchronised with the W10 mail app. Any guidance will be appreciated.

    Thanks for your reply but I'm not clear what you meant. Neither address is in my contact list in W10's People. When I search People using the Microsoft Outlook mail website both addresses come up but when I click them I get a message that my search didn't
    return any results!
