Missing programs in add/remove after Windows 10 Reset

    Hey,

I tried to find a similar topic but haven't found anything. I had to do a reset of my Windows 10 Pro ver 20H2, 19042.804, 64-bit back to fabric settings because of a BSOD error. I chose the option of reinstalling Windows and all software without removing my personal files. All went fine, I got a generated list of all programs that have been removed.

However, most of these supposedly removed programs are still on my hard drive working just fine, and there's quite a lot of them - the only problem is that they do not show up in add/remove. I don't want to reinstall all of them, it's too much work.

I've already checked file indexing of all hard drives and I also checked file integrity. No errors, everything is fine.

Is there a way to make my Windows realize that it has a lot of programs installed that it's not showing in add/remove?

    Thanks in advance.

    :)

  2. Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

  3. Add Remove Programs in Windows XP doesn't finish loading program list?!

Add Remove Programs in Windows XP doesn't finish loading the program list (It never even starts displaying any programs) and I believe it may be that a uninstall program messed up completely and Windows can't figure out what programs are installed because of it. What is the problem? Please?
