  1. Missing Protocols & "Turn on TLS 1.0 ..."?

Forgive me but I'm on an incredibly flaky connection at the moment, so can't do a forum search...

Did the "Missing Protocols" issue ever get sorted? I'm sometimes getting this error, and now a new one: "Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings ...", needless to say they are already on.

I did try a fix for missing protocols that removed the Winsock and Winsock2 registry entries, this seemed to break everything!

    :)

  2. Issue to access homepages like Linkedin, Youtube and facebook

I try to access LinkedIn, Youtube etc. but always get the following message:

    This page can’t be displayed

Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to
LinkedIn: Log In or Sign Up again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol. Please contact the site administrator.

I have turned on TLS in the advanced setting but it is still not working.

  4. Missing Protocols & "Turn on TLS 1.0 ..."?

    Try those commands:

    netsh winsock reset

    netsh int 6to4 reset all
    netsh int httpstunnel reset all
    netsh int ip reset all
    netsh int isatap reset all
    netsh int portproxy reset all
    netsh int tcp reset all
    netsh int teredo reset all

People reported, that disabling NetBIOS and LMHOSTS Lookup helped.

I find myself on a flaky connection with Windows 10 myself and the only way I have found to fix TLS issues is to press the F5 key or Ctrl + F5 Keys ((refresh) or (forces the Cache to clear)) until the connection becomes stable.

You may want to copy @TairikuOkami answer and put it in a file to know what to do if your Lan or Wlan card has severe troubles.
